Head Coaches are all highly trained and certified through the UNAA. Added to this is a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA and a Certified Nutrition Coach through ISSA. Also all coaches are required to have criminal record checks and vulnerable sector checks done.

Yes there is, you are welcome to join us for a single class for free to experience how the class is run
Do you host Birthday Parties
Absolutely, we host Birthday Parties on Saturdays at the gym. We provide private use of the facility for 1hr 45min and 2 coaches on the floor to keep the kids (up to 15 total) busy on the obstacles. Our partyroom upstairs is where you can have your food, drinks, presents, etc.
My Child has done classes before at a different facility, do they still need to start in Novice?
All new kids start in Novice so we can assess their skillsets, however there is no set time you need to be a member to move to the higher level classes. After we do the assessment then we will decide which class is best for their current level of physical skills, listening skills, and ability to attempt what we teach to the best of their current ability.
Do you have Summer Camps?
Absolutely we have Summer Camps, they run every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for July and August.
What age is the tots class?
Tots Class is for ages 3-5

General terms and conditions
- Recurring payments: Membership payments are made on a monthly, quartery, semi-yearly basis.
- Non-refundable fees: Payments made for booking of Memberships, Birthday Parties, Private Events, or Competitions are non-refundable within 7 days of the start of the booking.
- Cancellation policy: In order to cancel a membership we need notice in writing by either email, website form, or facebook message to the page by the 15th of the current month to cancel for the following month.
- Liability waiver: All participants, and a parent or guardian for minors, must sign a liability waiver to participate. You agree to assume all inherent risks associated with the activities, including the possibility of serious injury.
- Non-transferable: Memberships are for the exclusive use of the named individual and cannot be shared or transferred to others.
- Right to terminate: The venue reserves the right to terminate or suspend a membership for violating the terms and conditions or exhibiting unsuitable behavior.
Participation and conduct rules
- Physical fitness: The activities are physically demanding, and you warrant that you are reasonably fit and healthy enough to participate.
- Respectful behavior: All participants must act responsibly and courteously toward staff and other guests. Inappropriate or aggressive behavior is not permitted.
- Proper attire: You must wear appropriate clothing and footwear, such as clean indoor running shoes.
