Head Coaches are all highly trained and certified through the UNAA. Added to this is a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA and a Certified Nutrition Coach through ISSA. Also all coaches are required to have criminal record checks and vulnerable sector checks done.

All new kids start in Novice so we can assess their skillsets, however there is no set time you need to be a member to move to the higher level classes. After we do the assessment then we will decide which class is best for their current level of physical skills, listening skills, and ability to attempt what we teach to the best of their current ability.
Tots Class is for ages 3-5
